nortechs new 39 v bottom
 

from what i've seen this boat looks awesome. will this compete against all the other new 39's coming out like outerlimits, dragon, etc. seems like all builders are coming out with 39's. must be the perfect size. does anyone know about the nortech. speeds . if its like the 43 it will be the boat to have. wonder if it will run with the outerlimits with same power since it has all the new technology and new step system? what price does everyone think it will be aat

have spoke with terry about the boat but he only has small model of boat. I just got the dealership last week. the 39 is brand new. just wondering if anyone else had any knowledge of the boat other than what terrry gave me. I'm going to nortech in 2 weeks I will just wait until the 1st one comes out of the mould. the pricing will be available soon, just wanting to get rveryones opinion on how they thought it would compare to the ol 39. you guys dont always have to be *******s everytime i post a threads. or maybe your just jealous. i dont know and dont care but if you dont have knowledge relevent to the question please do not respond thanks

I would buy from Terry (salesmanship), not this joker if I wanted a Nortech. I am surprised if this guy is a dealer for Nortech, because he does not seem to fit their mold.

I did buy a 40 baja in december and it is currently listed at broker at lake ozark, i was looking for a 43 nortech after seeing jazzmans at radical graphics. i think nortechs are awesome. I 'm looking for 6 drives and imco drives for my new nortech. I have ordered several boats from nortech from the 36-50. I've known Terry for a long time back in the black thunder days. I am going to nortech on the 12th through destin to pick up the 50 v bottom that we currently have a deposit on. and the first 36 cat is being painted at rodneys at radical graphics and riggied with chips 800efi's and imco drives at competition marine. the company name is midwest performance marine and we have invested alot of money and commitment to nortech. so feel free to call jeff jazzman and terry sobo if you dont believe me. but we are the exclusive dealer for nortech for the entire midwest region and western us region. we will be one of nortech best dealers and have already sold 2 boats in less than 2 weeks, and have put together a great group of vendors to produce the best engine, graphics, trailer, warranty and nortech boat packages in the u.s. I believe nortech makes the best constructed boat for the money and have commited themselves to becoming the best boat manufacturer in the u.s. hopefully this answers all the questions for everyone, just cant wait to get the first 36 cat on the lake.

was inquiring if anyone thought it would compete against the other 39's and what most of themwwere being priced at to help me to determine where the market is and the price point wee need to be in to sell the 39's and what power we need to put in them to stay competetive thats all. just asking for some marketing advice because i respect everyone on oso and you guys are my potential customers. i'm getting all the knowledge i can get from the board to put several nortechs on the water. thanks

If any member wants to experience a complimentary ride in the 3600 cat, which is our first demo boat, just come by and well take you out. were at the corner of 54 and business 54 at double diamonds brokerage corner, which is where we will have our office and show room. if any oso member is interested in any of the nortech line let me know and I'll make you a great deal as were anxious to get our product on the water. thanks

Blondin and Gardner are in Michigan and are reps to Nortech. I guess MI is not in the Midwest anymore (call a press conference).

Nortech will compete with OL in the 39, because that is were they both position themselves (top quality at a top price). Too early to guess as to the performance of the NT39, but OL will be hard to beat on speed. NT is generally not one to be the fasted, but the best quality they can make.

I spoke to Marc and Terry about the 39 and they have some information on the boat. Why don't you PM boatme and get the information from the other Midwest rep? Or call Terry, as he always gets back to people very quickly.

Where is 54 and blah blah blah (how about a state and city Mr. Wiggler).

Nor-Tech 39 Speeds...
 

The older(1998) 38' Nor-Tech Vee Hull with 500 HP's ran 79-80 m.p.h...with Nor-Tech built 650's, it ran 85 m.p.h...Ron Potter from Innovation built those engines. Very respectable speeds for the power. The new hull design should improve those speeds greatly. Excellent quality and workmanship. No wonder everyone looking to move up from their smaller Powerplay's, etc...is taking on the Nor-Tech...Quality, Customer Service, Prompt Delivery, Great People! :) Ed

Addressing the original Post...............

the 39' OL @ the miami show had a claimed speed of 104mph with staggered HP525's. I talked @ great length with the Fiore's about a 39' with their new light layup, stagerred 525's, generator & AC and custom solid doors 7 access panels ( versus their zippered vinyl ones ). They approximated the cost to be in the high 380's and offered to guarantee 100MPH in writing, in the Ocean off Conn with 1/2 tank of gas and three people on board. The boat @ the show was rushed to completion for the show and they claimed it was not a true example of there quality fit & finish. They told me it would take one year after deposit before I could get the boat.

The Nortech cat on display in Miami was the most stunning cat I have seen. Great lines, seductive interior & dash and forward thinking ideas. Did not spend much time looking @ the V boats they had there. It was the end of a busy Sat afternoon and i think the nortech people werer too tired to pay me much mind.

MIAMI YOU HAVE TO THINK MIKE WILL DO ANYTHING YOU WANT. PETE WANTED ZIPPERS BECAUSE HE RUNS THE BOAT. HE DID THE WHOLE OUTSIDE LEG IN SARASOTA ON THE WAY BACK IN 6 TO 8'S.

All you guys are talking alot of #$%^&..If you want spec and pricing on the 39 Nor-tech vee you can go to fastboats.com. I have deposits on the first 3 39 vees and will power them with staggered 525 Mercs with XR's and ITS..Base price is 315k Also the first 43 Nor-tech cat should be in the water by the end of the month..it will have Nor-techs New 1150's and should run over 140 mph..I also have 2 other 43 Cats under construction with the new Merc 1075 packages..can't wait to run these motors!! If you want a 36 cat I have 4 new boats under construction and will be ready for spring delivery.

Great to here that somebody is going to rep Nor-tech at Lake of the Ozarks..It's a great product and excellent value..The new 39 Vee will be styled like no other 39 out there, and the Supercats are the best looking and running "PLEASURE"cats on the water..Let the #'s do the talking...over 20 new Nor-tech 36 Cats delivered last year alone..I don't think Skater even built 20 boats last year...Also in regards to my last post...small typo error..The base price for a 390 Vee with T/525's is 345K not 315k Here is a pic of the model for the new 39 VEE

Great!! Now I may be able to afford a used one in 2 yrs with mild power. They have the best lines. And am trying to move to LOTO. Things are looking up!

I agree with you randy they are incredible, i'm going to have a 39v myself. not just because i'm selling them because after talking to terry i too believe there will be nothing like it. They have been super to work with and I know they are in this for the long haul. plus I'm tired of seeing all the fountains and bajas and black thunders at the lake and only see the nortechs at the lake shootout. hope to run the 36 with efi 800 at this years shootout. I have a couple of people already interested in a 36 and 50, but if anyone wants the best riding boat on the water for a fair price call me at 636 236 4141 we are anxious to get some nortechs on loto

i went to see him last week and he said he was touching yours up for free and you couldnt hardly believe it. hes great and his work is incredible. have you ordered your new boat yet or had any hits on yours. pushing terry for our first 36. would love to have it by memorial day but just wishing i think they are very busy. thats a good thing

I have not tried selling it yet, I first want to get it on some poker runs. Next weekend it should be all dialed in, except blueprinting the props. Right now Im looking for a center console, Rod will definatly being painting that boat as well. Have a good Easter, Jeff:D
