Easter Keg Hunt... DC & Richmond
Local radio in DC/Richmond; DC101.1/Elliot in the Morning; teamed up with a local Beer Distributor, McCormick & Schmitts, and the Coyote Ugly Bar in DC.
Last night they decorated with celephane, and paint, and such, some number of kegs, about 100 in DC and 50 in Richmond, and 'hid' them everywhere... in parks, at bus-stops, in the median on highways; everywhere.
Teams and individuals bring the found Kegs to Coyote Ugly tonight, for gift certificate prizes from McCormick & Schmitts.
Pretty fricking funny listening to them on the radio, with people calling in, and such. One guy decided to paint one up like the radio station, and bolted it down to his truck bed apparently, and has been filming people trying to take it. Some other lady called in, and said she found one, and other teams were racing to her location to come get it, as she could not come tonight.
Pretty fricking funny if you ask me; wish I had the time to participate.
