seems a little pricey for a repo?

suggested bid

it says min bid at 227? just sounds high for as-is deal and not knowing who had it and couldn't afford to keep it.

I would bet it's not a repo. Seems to be more info than what the usually put up for a repo. They get some in there just to sell.

Ive been there. Saw a boat there a few years ago and flew down to see it after talking to them. They wanted 20% before they would even show it to me. They handle repos and gov siezed boats. Most of them were stripped. The one I looked at was so bad I called the manufacturer and told them to get down there and buy that boat and send it to the junkyard before anybody else saw it. If its a boat involved in a crime it may be years before you can actually get it and by then, nothings left. Good Luck and be careful.

They have pulled boats down off the rack for me to inspect, at no charge whatsever. Although, I've never asked to inspect a $200k boat. Yes some of the boats are in poor shape. Not all of them. You have to be careful when buying any boat. I have found when talking to them on the phone they have been very upfront about the condition of the boats. That's, generaly, why you can get them cheaper. |
