Easter morning from the deck
 

Just wanted to share a beautiful pic from off our deck this morning

Looks sweet :D :D The ice just left our lake up north, just have to wait for the water to go back up 3 ft :D :D

when i bought the house 10 years ago the water was just under the dock decking

It is 5' down from when i bought the house

this leads out to Lake Michigan

can you imagine? we have lost 5' of water in lake Michigan

Now that is alot of water gone

I still have enough water in our area to park the boat but i couldn't take losing another 5 feet

then i would have a lot more personal real estate :)

Can't figure out how you can take a pic and put it up on the board before the time.....always baffled me. But anyway.......great picture

Great picture... cold in Chicago this morning, but the kids still had fun tracking down the Easter eggs in the back yard.

When I first read the post....it was 8:12 AM Sunday morning and you post reads 9:04 AM........now I see mine says 9:20 Am........but I did post it at 8:12 Am.....go figure.........not your fault.............maybe the program hasn't caught up to Daylight Savings yet?? :)
Still a great picture.....I looked Spring lake up on the map...........I see it is just north of Holland ...........that's where we test drove the new boat last Aug. The lake there is set up the same way.........I think it's GREAT that you can either boat on the lake on bad Lake MI days or go out into the big water for better boating and travel

Taking the Cig. out today Marc??? Looks like a nice day out.... but it's only 38 degrees!! Wear WARM clothes if you go. :D :D

There was a beautifull sunrise this morning. Really made me thing on the way to Sunrise service this morning. Isn't life (and salvation) just wonderful.

Nice pic Marc, it is very decieving though, it is only 35 here now and it looks like it is 60. We still have all week with these temps, maybe the weekend will find warmer temps. Here is a pic fron Saturday the 10th from the Mac Bridge, still lots of ice out there.:mad:
