HEAD COUNT!! "Mind if I Smoke" '04
 

I have spoken with the owners of Big Dick's Halfway Inn regarding our Friday, July 2nd run.
First off, they were VERY happy we were planning on coming back this year, and are more than willing to help out in any way possible, including reserving the docks for us again this year!
They are doing a chair count to determine how many people they can fit upstairs. They have made the bar larger over the winter, and they think they can accomodate around 100 people upstairs.


It would really help to have at least a rough idea of how many boats and how many people we might expect.
If you even think you might be able to attend this year, please list your boat, and how many people or other boats you might bring with you.
This will help with menu, dock space, seating, and other possibilities, including perhaps some t-shirts, etc. for this year.
Thanks in advance for replying, and I will post more details as they become evidient.

Seriously, I think between all their docks, they can handle 30-40 boats if we stack 'em right.

Thanks for all the replies. Looks like there will probably be 25 or so boats and around 80 people!
Should make for a nice lunch run!

Big D's management is working on some things for us as we speak.
