Did you come to Cobb Island last Saturday morning around 11:00 am?
We were outside working in the yard and saw an all white go-fast with a red tubular swimplatform. Got out the binoculars. Thought it was the Superboat.

That was me! I remember you saying you bought a house there. Is on the north or south end? I usually run down to the south end, idle through the channel and back out the north end. Nice little run from Goose Bay.

We are on the south side (Wicomico River) of the island and can see the "spider marker." You should have given us a call! (although cell service is spotty for both of us.) Glad to see someone was able to enjoy a little time on the water before all the rain came.:D

Are you out on the river side? Not facing the inside? Cool, I bet you have a great view. I don't cut that point too close, there is a sand bar out there somewhere. That's what the chart says anyway. Are you still getting a lift a Goose Bay?

I went out early on Sat. thinking the weather was going to get worse. By the time I got home the sun came out and it warmed up.

We are not going to get a lift at Goose Bay any more. We are looking into putting one at the house.

We don't cut that point either! Too much risk.

No, we don't face Neale Sound or the marinas. The view is great. We saw the sunrise this weekend for the first time and got to enjoy the hot tub a little (with view of the water!):D
