If only EBM had delivered what they promised......boy would the subscriptions be there, and the advertisers too! Problem is.......they haven't!!!!

Ron, nothing personal but what a crappy way to start a magazine!!! Sounds like it is under-funded and/or managed poorly. I hope they can pick up the pieces and move forward FAAAAST or else it is doomed. Hundreds of magazines come and go each year......could this be next?

At OSO we were offered 1 year for $24. The Florida powerboat club members are now offered 2 years for $29....maybe I should have waited for a better deal. :rolleyes:

Heck, I will wait for it they are the ONLY mag that looks at Boating the way I do. I have enjoyed my last 5 mags more than all the PBs and HBs combined. OH and no damn Manatee lovers in EBM.

The thing is I have already looked at the OSO issue at a friends house....love the magazine it is Outstanding ...just dont want to have to go over there to read it every month:p

Just to clarify a bit, the mag has 10 issues per year. The slow months are over the winter. No doubt this mag got off to a rough start. We had a change in ownership last summer, and a small dedicated staff continues to write and grow the mag. The last four issues have been just gorgous and we'll continue to improve throughout this year.

Thanks for the support and we'll strive to make it even better.

The next issue is awesome, I previewed it at Total Marine and Performance last night, while checking on my boat. This Magazine is getting to be one of my favorites along with Power Boat, and Poker runs.:D its worth the wait, the pics were awesome, the detail and close ups were like you were right there, and some of the articles were extremely interesting to read, especially the .... :p :D I was told I could not tell.:D
