Mark Bentley: What is the name of your dealership and where are you located in WI?

My recomendation would be to discuss any unsolvable dealer/Mercury problems with Jay. He has ALWAYS made a strong effort to make sure his product is represented well.

On another note ...How has your boat run? 30 w/496's right.

I know you're in NY but here in Florida customer service does exist with Tres Martin and Jacky at Martin Offshore. They are great people with great attention to detail. Not trying to plug them but I've witnessed it and I know it won't help you in NY but don't give up hope on the entire marine industry.

Don't know him but I would agree with Becca. I wouldn't be afraid to start with him if I was in the market.
