go months and months without posting, if you post
a few times a month than I would say you are "moderate poster"

Ok, I am not sure if there is a definition
but I think to be true lurker you would probably only post about 12 times a year, and most members would not recognize your screen name. If you post more than than your are probably just an occasional poster. anyway that's my .02
