Default Solar Race Boat Props Needed

A friend of mine is a professor and teaches a course that has kids building solar powered race boats. - they race so they are race boats - This year they are getting 11hp out of each motor and need bigger wheels.

Anyone know where I could find a set of these?

======================================
The College of New Jersey engineering department participates in the annual competition, Solar Splash. The competition's purpose is to demonstrate the feasibility of a solar/electric boat for commercial purposes. One event of the competition is the sprint event, which tests the top speed of the vessel within 300m. This year's team is in need of 2 propellers for our dual inboard configuration. The specifications are as follows:
Diameter: 7 inches
Pitch: 9 inches
Shaft speed: 3500 RPM
Shaft diameter: 3/4 inch
Taper: Standard
Counter-rotating: 1 left-hand prop, 1 right-hand prop
Motor Horsepower: 11 hp (per motor)

We appreciate any help you can provide in this matter.

Theoritical top speed is 29.8 with no slip and with 30% slip would be just over 20MPH. How fast do they expect to go?

I really don't know anything about these boats or the race. Last night was the first I heard of this. I'll try to get a photo of one of the boats.
