Something is missing this morning....

I was going down to write a check today for a boat like I've seen in some magazines. My boss recently bought a Scarab, so now everybody at work is a boater.
I plan on writing a check, today, for about $1,000,000 or $500,000 today, for this boat, depending on what you, a bunch of strangers, have to say.
My wife would like a 38 foot cigarette with 1075hp Sterlings and MM#6 drives, while I was thinking something more in the line of a 42 foot executioner with Zuls and Arnesons. I really think that Reggie builds a fine boat. Plus, you can read about him right here in this magazine.
So, I would appreciate your input on this, because it's already 9am, and like I said, I'm going right out and writing a check.
I can't go bigger than 42 though, because our mobile home is a 40 footer, and I don't want the boat, which I am writing a check for, to hang out past the LP tanks (much).
I appreciate your input, because I have like, done a lot of research on these completely different boats, power, and drive combinations, and I have my choice narrowed down to a powerboat of some kind.
Oh, my wife likes steps. I would prefer a ladder.
Oh, and a fancy paint job would be a priority, because otherwise my coolness might be lost on people when I fly by them at like 160.

This magazine says 160.... I'll be able to go 160 right?
I hope so, because I already told my friends that 160 would be no problem, and they are out getting the beer.
They had to get ice, too, but they'll be back soon, so I would appreciate some advice here ASAP.
I heard that lanyards were important, so I had my wife pick one up. It goes across the back of my head. Seems like it will keep my sunglasses on at 160.
