you know Ferrari could build a killer boat. they know how to build super light cars with carbon fiber and advanced metals. They have the engineers to go over aerodynamics, they could import engineers for the hydrodynamics. They know how to build engines, and I am sure with a little research, or a guided hand, they could build an incredible marine engine. I think it would bring a lot of publicity to the sport, all of the "ballers" on MTV would have to have one. It would be nice for me to be able to debate with another 23 year old about stepped vs non stepped. Just a thought.

Default Did You Know...

Porsche built an offshore powerboat back in the late eighties? Tempest Marine on 188th Street in North Miami, built them. Mike Nicholson, of Geo-Graphics fame, rigged them. Believe they only built two, though. All silver in color. Powered by twin Porsche 928 aluminum V-8's. Contact Mike for more info. Ed

I just saw this boat for sale on boattrader.com
http://adcache.boattraderonline.com/6/3/0/73072530.htm

Whats the reason for the sale? Lose interest, seats too hot?
I sent the link to my dad, he hates my pantera and is in the market if he finds time.
One of the nicest used boats ive seen for sale in a while.

He doesn't boat often enough to justify keeping it. I think he has put less than 10 hours on it in the past seven or eight months. Seven of them were in Havasu where the pics were taken!
