New Cig in NJ (Colts Neck)
 

I just got off the phone with my buddy, he said that his neighbor/friend just brought home a brand new 38 Top gun. He "thinks" it is brand new and was purchased in Connecticut (I am assuming at Ocean Performance?)

Anyone know who it is, or if it is an OSO member?
