Fountain Customer Service
 

I am trying to get in touch with Jeff Harris from Fountain. We have made repeated attempts to contact him but he always seems to convienently out of the office or on the phone. I have one of his customers boats that has a factory defect and they don't seem to want to help fix the problem. Since we don't seem to be making any head way on the phone I decided to put this on a public forum and maybe this way we can see some progress with this matter.

Good luck:( I remember others here commenting how they have had very similar issues.

Isn't that sad how this legendary boat company can't return phone calls about products that they have built. It can't be good for their reputation.

They forget who made them what they are today............

When you have a problem with your car do you call the people who built it. or do you go to the dealer who sold you the car?

1. Did you buy the boat new?

2. Who was the dealer?

If you can't get the dealer to help then call the factory.

If you bought a used boat they still might help you fix the problem.

I will tell you I have had excelent customer service from Fountain. I hear this bad stuff now and then but they've ALWAYS been good with me.

I hope you get the problem resolved Terra. I agree, nothing says "F' You" like not returning a phone call.

I think inless you are buying a boat, its hard to get a phone call from any of them.

I bought a used boat and have had no problems getting what I need from them. The've been so good about it I almost feel bad for calling sometimes.

Same here. Left MANY messages at Fountain with no return calls. The absolute worst customer service I have ever came across.

Whether someone is trying to buy a boat directly or just ask them the time of day is not the issue. Getting a return call is. The public opinion would change greatly of Fountain factory reputation if they could do this simple little task. But they don't.

Send them an E-Mail you might get faster results If they are too busy to listen to phone messages.
