Ms PY, it's my turn to return the favor of well wishes for a speedy recovery. Hope your dad is up and about (and knowing men, probably back in an engine compartment again!) soon.

Keep us posted on his progress

Glad to hear he is ok. I think we have all been stuck in some way, and I also was stuck so bad trying to change a starter that I thought I was going to need help. It's scarry to say the least and you just plain wear out trying to free yourself. I feel for him, and am glad he is doing well.

Thanks guys, he is still in the hospital. The doctor will not release him because they are not sure of the heart problem, his personal doctor will be in today. Aside from all the tests and his bad bruises he is feeling OK so he is antsy to go home. Funny thing he now has a roommate, another man in his mid 70's who got hurt when some concrete he was trying to split with a sledge hammer hit him in the head , he to was working alone and some neighbor kids found him laying on the sidewalk. You gotta love these guys no lazy boy rockers for them.
When my mom left them last night she said since they are both hard of hearing they were shouting across the beds trying to tell each other of their exploits
So now we just wait for the reports

Can you just imagine the one upsmanship stories and pure BS running around that room? lol At least he has some like minded company while he's in there!

Wow...that's truly terrible.

I'm sure he will be fine soon, our thoughts are with him.

Not making fun, but I have gotten deep into the engines and not been able to get out without drawing blood.

I'm sure his ego is bruised worst than the rest of his body!!! Glad he is OK.
