Question Why would this happen?

I ran the boat last night and all went well, except upon pulling her out I found drive oil coming from the vent hole. Is this froma leaking prop or shift shaft seal that has allowed water into the drive thereby causing an increase in pressure resulting in the excretion of drive oil?

the reason this happened is because they are pushing to much waight through the water, and you are over stressing your drives.

Come on Shane, tell us...do you have to hold your breath when tying your shoe's

Is the oil clean?
Was your problem a broken seal in the begining of the season or was it fogging oil? Was it overfilled when you put it back together?
Sorry for the answer with a question but need a little more info
