OT: Drove a Nascar car sunday!!
It was a birthday gift from my wife.....10 laps around Dover!
Very cool!!! I have a new respect for those guys that drive those cars at top speeds for 3-3 1/2 hours!
I took the ride first with a pro driver......what a rush! I highly recommend that first before taking the wheel yourself. Gives you a better feel for the track and what line to run.
Now I'm ready for Daytona!!!!!

Yeah, Bonnie she's the best!
The car was not hard to steer, and I found myself accelerating hard coming out of turns 2 and 4 and catching-up to the pace car.
The car grips the track really well, it's amazing for a 3400 Lb. car.
Coming slow down pit road it sounds like a bucket of bolts though! Maybe I broke something
It's a must-do for anyone who has the need for speed. Great g-forces in the turns.

yeah - i've done it as well -- very very fun
but i will say -- 10 laps is not enough -- i was just getting good and warmed up by the 10th lap
if you can afford it -- do the 50 lap deal -- it takes all day -- and if you show control -- they'll put you out there and let you run with other cars!!!
i only got up to 150 - that was at CMS -- what a RUSH!!!

My wife got me that for my 40th. Going to do it at Bristol July 10. Doing the night class, 40 laps. There are 4 of us going. Man I can't wait.
