just don't expect to get the 344 and 388's flowing lines with the 26'. it's a much older model and much boxier than the other two. no steps either...

The 26 has descent depth in the cockpit. If you look in the Boattraderonline, you'll see a couple of 26's for sale. One has a few photos of people in the cockpit. Will give you a good feel for the freeboard.

I wouldn't say the 26 is "boxy". But the lines are more like the 32's. Traditional square transom, offshore styling. Personally, I prefer that rather than the molded-in swim platform of the 344's & Slingshots. But, both nice boats.

Good!!! I don't want steps anyway!!!

I like the 26, looks like a sharp boat, I might have to consider one in the future.

if you do not want steps and it a molded in swim platform is not what you are seraching for the 26 is the right boat for you.

The McLeod cockpit is standard, as many other thing.

Hugetime 1.....nice looking 26. Are you suffering from foot disease? Is there a bigger Hustler in your future?
