Race Gas Prices ??

Okay, I know some of you guys gulp high octane like crazy.

What should I expect to pay for 100-104 octane race gas?
What should I expect to pay for 110 octane race gas?
What should I expect to pay for 114-118 octane race gas?

And in what quantities (up to a 55gal drum, not a tanker)...

I'm trying to determine the most cost effective way to get a 110+ octane brew, whether it entails mixing several things together or purchasing a finished product...

Not Avail around here, unless you go through a speed shop

I must really live in BF Egypt...

All I find in pumps around here are Turbo Blue Unleaded 100, and all normal flavors of avgas. Everything else is pail or drum quantities.

around here, most are pumps. One guy is near the race track and watches you like a hawk making sure you don't fuel anything BUT 5 gallon cans however the other guy I go to allows anything you want ;)

The only thing I can find here in Orlando at the pump is 100 octane sunoco. I run it in my R6 now and then. It seems to be a bit expensive compared to what you all are saying.. its 3.99 a gallon...

Damn...you guys are getting great prices. In NJ, I just paid 5.40 for 20 gal Sunoco 110. By the 55 gal drum, they get 5.00/gal

I'm paying $7.89/gallon for 118 Leaded (116 AKI).

I don't want to pay so much...

Guys, check around town for go-kart racers, motocross racers etc and see where they buy fuel from. Usually they have the inside track on good fuel at cheap prices.

These guys might be able to help you out.... ;)

I found Turbo Blue Race Fuel 110, 113, & 116 are available at Duncan Oil in Beavercreek, Ohio. You can pump your own or buy it by the drum. They are always priced a lot lower than at the track.

I'm currently buying from the MX source. Big bucks and small 5 gal cans.

I've got a call in to the local turbo dragbike guru to get some guidance. He never returns calls though.

Just bought some CAM2 over the weekend and it is now $ 3.59 still pretty reasonable considering the cost of normal fuel.
