lake cumberland ramps???
 

heading down to cumberland for the first time thursday, what ramps are good?

are both jamestown and alligator 1 good? one better than the other?

anything going on this weekend down there. anything that we should or should not do?

that place is great. i have done several houseboat trips down there and we always used the public ramp at state dock. nice big ramps.

were is the state dock? how do you get there? does it have a name other than state dock? is there more than one?

Scott I hope it dont rain!!! :rolleyes: Your wife might leave you and take the kids with her! :D How long you going to stay? I'd love to take that trip someday....

thanks wild' the people i am going with have been there alot, they pull ski boats though and were arguing about which ramp to use for me. i heard them mention the state ramp so we should be good. i just don't want to get down one of those hills with no where to turn around.

dyno, we are heading down thursday, going to stay with my brother thursday night in indy then head down friday morning to the lake. come home on monday, there will be a couple of house boats couple of ski boats, a ski course and about 20 people. come on down for the weekend, the more the merrier.
