If the broker told you over the phone a sea trial will be done when you arrive, you have a valid point. You did not get what was said and that's a big red flag.

I do not know as I was not involved in the phone conversation.

I'm sure brokers and boat sales is alot of strokers coming thru, but then again sales is a challenge and you NEVER know who will be your next deal.

I've seen this boat, been on this boat, and have owned the exact same boat, and also have about 30 pics of this boat running with me on a few Active Thunder poker runs. It was always properly maintained from when I last saw it a year ago, and has hardly been used from that time cause Dan is so busy.
I know Pat at Active Thunder as well, and I'm sure he will do a complete rundown at the factory to make it right. As to the integrity of these three gentlemen, Randy, Dan and Pat, it doesn't get much better than this, I've had dealings with all three, on different levels. It sounds like a miscomunication that can easily be worked out. Bottom line when you sea trial the boat you will love it, there is no other boat that is like these 37 AVH Thunders and especially at that price. I wish you good luck, sincerely Jeff Jassby.
