i have my scorpion insured through BoatUS for $800 a year. i have been in the market for a 27 sport magnum (exact same boat as yours) and got a quote from them of $760 a year and that was with twins. ask for Carlton in the affiliate program, he's the man.

agreed value is you agree that the boat is worth a certain amount. If it gets stolen or destroyeed you get that amount less your deductable. Ussually they will only insure for the purchase price, but if you have done any extensive work to it you can ussually get the value increased.

We just insured a 05 sunsation 288 for 560.00 a year, no restrictions on where I can use it and full replacement value, through state farm... progressive and the others wanted 1,700 - 2,500..
