My friend Chris had a new extended cab Ford and it pulled his 28 fine until the transmission left him stranded at the interstate rest stop towing home from Lake Cumberland. Ford roadside assist and service treated him terrible. He traded it in on a 2500 Dodge with a diesel.

I just purchased a Ford F350 with a V10, I haven't got a chance to tow my 26 Sonic with it yet, I'm currently trying to get a drop hitch for it. The drop hitch on my GMC 2500 isn't enough...yes, the GMC in the picture below is a 4x4 2500 1995 with 33" pro comp tires, and its for sale $7900.00, must sell.

Prowler,
That is one jacked up truck! Looks cool but I would need an extention ladder to get in the thing.
I seen some drop hitches made by Draw tite but I do not know if they go that low.

Prowler;

How much buckig do those Mickey Thompsons give you on the freeway? I have fought the "square tire" syndrome for years. Looks like Nitto and Toyo will provide where BFG has refused to go (round tires that are not too skinny).

well i put a dealer plate on it,drove it down the road and with those 18" wide mt's i said i'm not towing the boat with these freaking tires,every dip and dive ,that's the way the truck went,plus on a full turn they were rubbing on the front spring's.so i got a set of super swamper ssr radial's 38+15.5/16.5's,10 ply,a little pricey but i only wanted to buy'em once.they still stick out like the mt's on those 12" wide wheel's.no ladder's ,wife is 5'1" and a 1/2,can't forget that half no problem gettin in,i got a pintle hitch that dropped it about 13" 's boat sits level on the trailer now.well will see how it goes saturday down the thruway to the poker run in nyc.oh when i went into town with it there was a guy hanging out of his car window with a cell phone phone,i said what the hell is he doing?ooooh he's taking a picture of the truck with his phone,i thought that was cool.
