Default Project Time.

My friend just bought an old sea ray that hasn't been run in about 2 years. When I pulled out the spark plugs all looked good except.#1, and #3 water poured out of those when I pulled the plugs. So I'm thinking cracked exhaust? I pulled the heads, and everything looks good except those 2 cylinders. Its an older 350 merc. 260hp. I'm gonna have the heads cleaned up(valve job) and magnafluxed since I got them off. Anyone got any Ideas though???
