The river is forcasted to fall, the weather is forcasted to be 75 and clear, 10's of thousands of flyers have it perspective fans hands...this is going to be a outstanding weekend! :D

I will be up there Sunday. I was planning to come for the whole w/e and bring the boat, but I have to go to the Busch race Saturday night (taking customers)...

I have to go to Cancun for 5 days starting thursday, I am sure it will suck.... I went to the Busch race last year, it was a good time.

Here is the schedule of events. Come check out the boats at Watertown and all the racer's parties. - or play in the $10,000 Texas Hold'em Tournament for $80.00. All proceeds benefit the Campbell County Water Rescue Team.

Schedule of Events

Thursday, June 17
6 pm Medical/Turn/Patrol boat meeting at the Beer Cellar next to Hooters in Newport, KY
7 pm $80 Texas Hold’em Tournament for the Campbell County Water Rescue begins. Other start times are Friday 7 pm, Saturday 1 pm and 7 pm, and Sunday at 1 pm. $10,000 guaranteed payout. Finals are Sunday at 7 pm.

Friday, June 18
Noon – 4 pm Registration open at VIP tent in Sawyer Point
5 pm – 9 pm Dry pits area open – Watertown Yacht Club
6 pm Saturday Driver’s Meeting at Beer Cellar next to Hooters in Newport
7 pm – 10 pm Racer’s Reception Party at Sawyer Point
10 pm – 2 am Racer’s Welcome party at Club Clau VIP Room

Saturday, June 19
8 am Saturday Race Physicals
9 am – 4 pm Registration open at Sawyer Point - VIP tent
10 am – 10 pm Sawyer Point open to public - food, drinks, games etc.
12 noon – 4 pm Races # 1 – 8 APBA Hydroplane Races
5 pm Race # 9 Sponsor’s and Celebrity Race
6 pm Scorers & Turn/Patrol boats Meeting – Sawyer Point VIP tent
6:30 pm Driver’s Meeting – Sawyer Point VIP tent
7:30 pm Meet the Racers Party – Sawyer Point – Live Music, food and drinks
10 pm – 2 am The Official Racer’s After Party at Red Cheetah
Hot Body Contest at 11 pm.
Sunday, June 20

9 am Driver’s Meeting – Sawyer Point VIP tent
11am – 6 pm VIP area – Serpentine Wall at Sawyer Point

2 pm Race #14 One Design, Outlaw Performance
3 pm Race #15 Super Vee, Super Vee Light, F1, Outlaw A, Outlaw B
4 pm Race #16 Super Cat, Super Cat Light, P-X
5 pm Race #17 – 20 APBA Hydroplanes
5:30 pm Awards Banquet in Sawyer Point
7 pm Finals of the $10,000 Texas Hold’em Tournament for the Campbell Co. Water Rescue Team at Cards for a Cause.
7 pm – 2 am Victory Party at Bikini Beach @ Red Cheetah
