Thanks for the compliments guys. I took a couple co-workers out tonight who were in town for a trade show. I picked them up in Old Towne, and we headed for Georgetown U area/Sequoia's for dinner. We became a little 'tied up' chatting with some locals on the wall at Sequoia's, and some dude was taking some film of us for one of the news stations. It was getting late, and I was hauling ass to drop off my colleagues and make it back to Occoquan before dark. AWESOME water on the river tonight.

That gas tax refund check is going to be HUGE! We headed down to Mattawoman and Tim's earlier in the afternoon and the water was awesome. Headed back in a good 2' chop following sea just skipping along was great...not as cool as Monsoon though!

Different note...
Got a phone call today from the new owner of the Sonic, in Montana. He finally got a chance to take it out, by taking a week off of work. They spent some time on their local lake, and also had a chance to take it away from home, and ended up out in some bigger water with 6 FOOTERS on their first weekend. Turns out a friend of theirs had their son go missing on a jet ski for a few hours, and the Sonic helped round him up. He was found safely at friend's house, where he limped into, as the brand new 2004 Sea-Doo had the front storage hatch fly open on him, and starting taking on water out in the bigger water. Great ending, and very happy to hear the Sonic has a great new home.
