Re: Lake Champlain Milk Run - Saturday July 31st

GL,

Looks like I'm not going to make it this year. I was going to bring my 10 year old son, but I don't think it would be the right atmosphere for him, if you know what I mean.
My wife was going to stay home, and I don't want to make the trip by myself.
Maybe next year I can get some buddies to go with me, more fun that way anyhow.

Have fun guys, stay safe and I hope the weather holds out for you.
(Post lots of pictures, GL!)

 OH MY GOD ! Look what I started...All the Jerseyans are dropping out.
I worked 68 hours last week (in 5 days) and 56 so far this week in four days and all of them were overnite hours. I'm still off tomrrow and frankly , I'm beat.
I can spend hours lounging in the local cove or spend 8 hours behind the wheel to maybe see rain Sat. and then 8 hours home again Sun.
If it were 78* and sunny I'd probably force myself or if it were 2 hours away too. But look at the bright side , since I'm not coming , it WILL be sunny
Like a said before , maybe next :drink: year

Sorry Masi , I was lookin forward to meeting you and letting you buy me a drink after that long drive :D

The truck is packed, the boat is packed,I should be hitting the road in about one hour(leave behind rush hour). I'll see whoever makes it to the Turtle this afternoon. Keep a stool warm and a Sam Adams cold for me GL:)

A few errands and I'm off.

Masi242 & his wife were at the ramp last night when we pulled out around 10PM said he was going to sleep in his rig and hook up with kanook so I had him sleep at my place they left earlier. He'll be out.
