Yes.... 38,42,44 and larger are all the same co.
They also made a smaller boat.
The 44 was not a good boat.
Not fast and not comfortable.

Adam built the "Tempest Marine" boats on 188th street in N. Miami Beach, and were the heaviest & slowest performing offshore performance powerboats ever made. Their sheer weight, combined with a 26 degree deadrise & propulsion systems with zero hull lift capability, made this possible. They also built a 32' Europa sportdeck model in sterndrive & bracketed outboard versions. Ed

44 is fun in 8-10' seas. I took 9 people to the last air & sea show in lauderdale (anybody there remembers what the seas were like) on the outside running at around 37mph with no complaints. Other than that on flat water it sucks to go 30 to 40mph and have sea rays passing you.

Worse is that the build quality is ****. I can't tell you how much money I've spent rebuilding systems in this boat.
