Sorry to hear that. Sounds like your surveyor needs to do more looking around. I would have another survey done from a competent surveyor listing all problems then contact a lawer with all paperwork. Laws vary from state to state but i have seen instances where people won cases for misrepresentation of a particular product weather a car, boat , or whatever. Seems like the judicial system is cracking down on this type of thing. Good luck in your pursuit.
