Kent Narrows/Red Eyes 17 & 18 July (BIKINI CONTEST)
 

Who's in?

The Richmond Boys are doing a run up from Solomons that weekend, approximately 8 boats: July 16th, overnight at Solomons. July 17th and 18th - overnight at Red Eyes. July 19th - run back to the trailers in Solomons.

I will be trailering Monsoon to Sandy Point on Saturday morning with Aggressor 25/Ty, and a few other friends of ours, including a Whippled HP500EFI-32 Sunsation single, maybe abother 28 Sunsation with 700HP.

Several others have expressed interest in joining us.
I have a couple slips reserved for myself and Ty at Mears Point, although we may go to the Baltimore Inner Harbor for the night. Slips are still available at Mears Point for that night. $2.50/ft + electric.

I saw some Richmond boys are going to be in town the weekend of the 17th. Well that is the same weekend as our Central Poker Run which starts and ends at Red Eyes. We might be up there as well. I reserved a slip for that weekend 3-4 months ago @ Mears. I leave on Sunday (7/18) for a two week work trip and Nancy's band is playing in Annapolis on that Saturday night. We'll have to see how things work out. :) Our boat is supposed to be ready to go this evening. :cool: :D

After what I heard about the behavior of the Richmond crew last year, I'm surprized that they are allowed back!!!!! :eek: :drink: :drink:

Choptank is Aug 14, just talked with them this morning. Suicide Bridge Restaurant call us yesterday wanting to make sure we got the package. Nation's Capital Poker Run is supposed to be Sept 11.

We're going to be in OCMD all of next week, if weather is nice on Sunday, we're thinking of heading over. We're between boats, so we'll be on foot with a cold one!

Forecast looks good thru Saturday night down here. Would love to make the run myself but i'm sure all the slips are taken. Guess I'll just have to settle for the peanut festival activities at Chippokes Plantation on the James Saturday and lunch at the tiki-bar in Rudee Inlet Sunday. You guys have a great weekend and I hope the WX holds for ya...

hey guys if you are going to run over to balt , the Bay Cafe has a bikini contest on sat afternoon 3or 4 I think its on your starboard just after you get in the no wake at fort mchenery they have docks

If you are running by water and returning on Sunday, you can stop at Cobb Island to dry off! :eek: :drink:

Am interested in both ways. We're between boats right now and I'm trying to learn more about the upper Chesapeake. I'm only really familiar with Kent Island and Annapolis. And a little familiar with Elk state park and river area. PUtting list together for places to party in the future when we get floating again!!! REd eyes on Sunday sounded good since we'll be in OCMD on Sunday, thought we could just drive over, but weather is not looking promising.......AGAIN!!!

Ok I just confirmed that I'm running with the Richmond boyz and will be slipping at Mears Point Saturday & Sunday nights. I'll be running all the way froom Va. Beach and will be rendezvous'ing with the group at Point Lookout state park marina (gas stop) at the mouth of the Potomac river around 10am. Guess we're shooting for a 12-1pm arrival at Mears Point so we can watch the poker runners return. See ya there...

WOW what a great weekend. I had such a blast. Thanks Brian for letting me crash on the boat saturday night. Also Ty thanks for the boat ride back to red eyes. And a big Thanks to all the guys form richmond. My liver is a hurting puppy today.
