Default 350 GM Vortec dead HELP!!!!

My friend has a brand new mastercraft with a 350 GM Vortec with throttle body injection. The boat will not start, no fuel out of the injectors and no spark. I check the simple stuff, kill switch, purple ignition wire and fuel pressure which are all OK. Any idea what would kill both systems? Definitely something electical with the computer but I have no idea where to look. Not having a service manual makes this tough.

Thanks for any help.

Check the main harness connector @ at the engine.. Corrosion builds there and shuts em down like no tomorrow...

I checked the main but didn't pull it apart. The boat is Brand New he just took delivery from the factory last week. This is the first time he tried to start the boat.

Maybe if it didn't crank or if I didn't have power on the purple wire with the key on. Although there is something basic that I'm missing. Could even be a bad ECU although I did check all the connectors. Will the ODBC connector from GM work on the Vortec?

Rebuilt my 1050 dominators after running on Sat, I'll take those good old Holleys over this EFI junk anytime. At least I can fix the carbs.
