Just did that a year ago myself. Nice to see the money going towards something. That and the additional space is awesome. They say to plan how much space you need and double it:) Good luck!

Cord...Don't think for a second you owe me any stick time for services rendered. ;) I'll be happy to have a boat to ride in. That's about my only concern. I have a feeling I will be making the trip alone due to my lack of floating transportation. If we have room in the Condo I will probably bring Casey. He's always first on the list. Not to mention the entertainment value he brings to the table. ;)

Ken...Thanks for the referrals. Every little bit helps. As for the occasional boating fix, that goes w/o saying IMO. The opinions and conversation mean more to me than you know.
