Yeah, you park a new Top Gun inside and all the employees want raises. Can't win.

Were you renting before and this is the first buy?

32fever,

Yes we are currently renting. And yes this is our first time to purchase property of our own for the business.

Just did that a year ago myself. Nice to see the money going towards something. That and the additional space is awesome. They say to plan how much space you need and double it Good luck!

Looks great bro. Take your time and do it all the best you can. If you need any electrical or low voltage, security, let me know.

But, where are the wheels?

So were you able to resolve your landlord problems, or did you have to grease his palm?

As you are not boatless for loto, I do owe you a favor for pulling my boat around in the rain two years ago. Care for any throttle time?

Best of luck Buck, I had people asking about my truck this weekend, told them you hooked me up. I'll do my best to help you with the occassional boating fix!

Cord...Don't think for a second you owe me any stick time for services rendered. I'll be happy to have a boat to ride in. That's about my only concern. I have a feeling I will be making the trip alone due to my lack of floating transportation. If we have room in the Condo I will probably bring Casey. He's always first on the list. Not to mention the entertainment value he brings to the table.

Ken...Thanks for the referrals. Every little bit helps. As for the occasional boating fix, that goes w/o saying IMO. The opinions and conversation mean more to me than you know.

Thanks again everyone for the compliments and encouragement. Hang with me and my next boat purchase will be worth the wait. Until then I'll do my best to be a pain.
