Just did that a year ago myself. Nice to see the money going towards something. That and the additional space is awesome. They say to plan how much space you need and double it

So were you able to resolve your landlord problems, or did you have to grease his palm?
As you are not boatless for loto, I do owe you a favor for pulling my boat around in the rain two years ago. Care for any throttle time?

Cord...Don't think for a second you owe me any stick time for services rendered. 
I'll be happy to have a boat to ride in. That's about my only concern. I have a feeling I will be making the trip alone due to my lack of floating transportation. If we have room in the Condo I will probably bring Casey. He's always first on the list. Not to mention the entertainment value he brings to the table.
