Here we are about 6 weeks later. Thought I would post a couple more pics and give everyone an update.
Things are looking pretty good. We expect to be in the building in about 4-6 weeks. It's going to be worth the wait.

Just how do you get a truck in and out of that building?? I don't see any overhead doors! What's the Dil do?

Crap, I didn't even think about that!!!!
Gotcha covered like a jimmy hat chief.
On the left side of the building, as you're looking at the pics, there are three overhead doors. On the back of the building there are two overhead doors. The two in the back go to individual bays....one is for spraying liners, the other is for tinting windows. The three doors on the end all lead into one large shop area.
I'll get ya a couple pics so you don't think I'm lying.

Is that synthetic stucco? If so, the stuff is pretty fragile. Take steps to prevent any body from bumping into it with a forklift or a truck. Curb stops and pipe bollards would work.

It's only on the front of the building too. The sides and rear of the building where the work will actually be taking place is metal.
