Steve...yes, VERY stoked.
There will be a couple of different signs on the building. In the area directly over the entrance to the building we are doing large stucco letters using our existing font that we have always used. This will be done in a navy or cobalt blue. It will have a 3D look to it.
There will also be a sign by the road. Probably two brick pillars with some sort of arch at the top. Subtle but tasteful. Our name will be at the top and there will be spaces for the rentors on it too. It will be lit up and probably have some landscaping around it too.
To the left of the building as you look at it in the pic will be another curve ball. Our city has VERY strict sign ordinances. We are not allowed to have anything very tall at all. This building is about two blocks off the main four lane going through town. It will be easy to see from this road if we can put up something tall. Our solution, on the left where I mentioned, there is a curbed in area of grass at the corner of the building. We are putting up a 30' flag pole in this area. This pole will be 12' taller than the building itself. There will be a light on the top of the building that will keep the flag lit 24-7. We are putting a LARGE flag up there for all to see. The funny part....we are also having a flag made with our name on it to put below the stars and bars.
