I'm with ragtop409, I think the board gods should make it mandatory. Somebody that talks to them regularly should mention it to them.
One thought is an exact location can pin-point your boat's possible home and thus be up for grabs (props, drives, tunes, or the whole damn enchilada)

As for me, if they get in the fence and outrun the dog then get inside the locked metal building to get it, I guess my insurance agent will be cutting me a check towards my new boat.
