Bravo Spacer Help

With Bravo 1 Props My Boat Jumps Up On Plane But Rides Transom Heavy,
With Hydromotive Props I Have To Go In Circles To Plain But When I Get On Plain Its A World Of Difference, More Speed Less Trim, And Better Attitude. So My Question Is Do I Try A 1/2 Inch Or 1 Inch Spacer And Does Anybody Have Any?

A spacer will set the prop deeper and lift the bow more, and more than likely plant the stern more.
I would have the B1props reworked and remove some cupping.

BUT WILL THE BRAVO 1s GIVE ME TRANSOM LIFT LIKE THE HYDROS DO?

Re: Bravo Spacer Help

Probably not as much as Q IV's. All props are a comprimise. Very few are ever the best in all areas.

Re: Bravo Spacer Help

When deciding on spacers I like to start with prop slip. Getting the prop slip right will help across the speed range, from plane-off to top end. Higher is not necessarily faster!

If you have any questions give me a call.
