GM Ramjet VS HP500 EFI-Whats the catch?
Are these engines the same or different? Why such a price difference for relatively the same HP/Torque?/Electronics? Can this GM engine be used in a marine situation and if so what needs to be changed? Anyone ever tried these engines? Price sure seems right at $8900.00 brand new.

The GM Crate engines are not built for marine use unless they are specifically stated as marine engines. The valves, valve springs, and many other parts are not meant for constant high rpm duty cycles.
