Can anyone recommend a place to look for a used 5-15hp outboard?
 

Looking for something in good shape, 1995 or newer, at least 5hp and no more than 15hp, with a long shaft... and it needs to be OK for saltwater use.

Any help would be appreciated!

I was just on some sort of bass fishing site. Bass Boat Central I believe. had a bunch of smaller used o/bs listed.

ebay ,type in "new outboardmotors" , alot of small motors listed currently

My neighbor is selling one right now. I think it's like a 10 or 15. 800.00 is what he's asking I believe. I don't remember what make it is maybe evenrude.

I have a 2003 15 HP merc. 15 inch shaft, 6 hours.

Zero patience... how much? 15" might be too short, but if the price is right it's worth checking out for sure.
