Good luck.

Yesrej, I'm considering selling my 1990 Formula 292 SR1 w/twin 454 mags, trailer etc... It'll be priced in the mid to high 30's with a nice cabin, enclosed head etc. It's a 70mph boat. It only has 320 ish hours on it.

My boat tops out at 75mph so you'll definetely be able to blow your friends away and cruise at 50-55 mph all day long. I spend many a nights on the boat with my fiance as well.
Come on down for a test drive anytime. If your interested send me an email or give me a call.

Re: what would you buy?
I agree with Panther! you get a true 30 footer, 75 mph, a hull that is pretty solid '86 not the '89. Clean looking classic flat deck and already in the 30' catagory & $3000 lower than what you want to pay. I beat my Panther up in 3'-4' waves on Lake MI often. I guess I'm bias.
