Fix one - break one: is this progress??

I finally had time to rebuild the carbs on the port motor. I found the achilles heal in Yamaha carbs, about half the carbs had the port in the float boat that goes through a hose to a high-speed bleed completely clogged. After cleaning all 6 carbs on the port motor it ran much better. So much so that I decided I'd clean the carbs on the stbd motor too.

It had been running ok, but I found a couple of it's carbs had the same port clogged too. While cleaning the middle carb on the stbd bank, the one that connects to the throttles etc (the most expensive one in the parts book of course), I went to remove the main jet to clean the passages ... and the jet broke off. It threads into a brass holder, but of course it broke off trying to remove it too.

So, I went from the stbd motor running and the port one sick to the port one fine and the stbd one dead. I don't know if I'd call that progress or not.

Anyway, before I order a new one on Monday, does anyone have the middle stbd carb for a 1993 Yamaha 250 outboard (long shot, isn't it).

Guess I'm down for at least another week.
