hi i have a 1980 signature 38 it has a indian chief head on a mirror in the cuddy it is not a hard top but it looks identical to the chief boat your parents owned the hin#sxv3802100380 the boat has been striped andrepainted several times but these are the only numbers on the boat..and i can only find little bits of info here and there

Is this SIgnature 280 cut from the same cloth as discussed above? Is there more that can be said about this in non race trim? I'm not really looking for a preservation project, and I don't know that this would be that...point is I just don't know anything about this boat besides I like the cut of it.
