Hang in there Ron ... just think of all the fuel and repair bills you're saving by not boating the rest of this year!!! That all awaits you next year .. get well soon :D

See, I told all of you not to get married, but no one listens.

I like wearing gold chains when I go on friends Fountains, no horror stories yet :)

Ron, Sorry to hear of your accident and I wish you a speedy recovery. But I must also say the moral to the story is DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES GET MARRIED.

Thanks for all the kind words guys. I feel a little better each day. Since I have had this misshap I have heard a ring horror story from lots of people. Kind of figured I would get the anti-marriage comments on this board. You guys are great and have kept me laughing.

jmeng... That the same line I used on your Dad when he was layed up. I told him that if he needed me to take his new Fountain out for a run so it wouldnt get lonely I was the guy!

Ray... Thanks for the offer of help. I bet this story is going around the boat club pretty good. At least Im not the Safety Chairman like John was when he broke his ankles. Ha Ha.

Hope you heal well. Rings also will scratch your painted rails and grab handles.
