Ice chest A/C?

Has anybody tried that A/C ice chest deal that boaters world sells? I think its a plastic cover that goes over a cooler and its supposed to circulate cool air from the ice. Does anybody know if this works at all?

mine lasted for 1hr then the fan started making and with the booze talking it ended up in trash save your money
