Default NJPPC Radar Shootout?

I saw that on the NJPPC site that the radar shootout is scheduled for Sep. 11th, but no more info than that. Is it going to be back at the Water's Edge again? What time?
Anyone know?

I go to watch the shoot out every year but word is it may not happen this year.

Have you tried the NJPPC direct ( contact info at their site www.njppc.com )

Unfortunately the Water's Edge will not host the Radar Shoot Out (too much noise) and there just isn't any other facility on the Bay that will work.

NJJPC will be sending out an email blast cancelling the event and announcing a new social function once the details are finalized. Stay tuned.

That's what I was afraid of. It still amazes me that noise is that big of a deal, considering we are talking about a once a year event, which is typically over with by 1pm.

Rick - Thanks for the heads-up. (I think...) Anyway, that takes the pressure off of me to get the boat back together. Whatever NJPPC comes up with, it will be fun!

It wasn't the boat noise that caused the problem,it was DAVE P howling at the bar after consuming several of his favorite custom blended drinks.

It's true, the Shootout is off the schedule. They are trying to come up with a "Fun Run" for that weekend.
It could be a Hudson trip, Maryland trip or simply stay local for one more gathering. Dave & Busters was a cool place, maybe they will do Phila. again?

They will let us know when they have it put all together....
