Arrow Horn Tootin II.

As a result of the last thread I found out about some great boats I did not know much if anything about!

We seemed to agree that:

Donzi
NorTech
Jaguar
Active Thunder
Sunsation
Pantera
Superboat

Are all respected and well known so they continue to have their day in the sun!

Here is a new list we can vote on. Please tell us a little about the boats as I don't know a whole lot about some and would like to know more!

This time around I picked Sutphen. They have a good racing history, nice line up and would like ot know more about them and pricing etc.

I would also like to know more about Checkmate and it looks a bit like a Sunsation, very nice styling etc., are they similiar at all in performance/price?

Maybe Mr. McManus can give us an update on "things"?

Yup; I missed the Powerquests. At times compared to a Formula in quality and style; at about the same prices. Here is their 38'er. Very good reviews by Powerboat. They deserve a little more attention and are made in Holland, Michigan

Anyone have a Checkmate info on the 33'? Stepped or non-stepped?

I need to throw in Hydra Powerboats.

The man has been at it since the mid 80's. He has all the latest technology going into his layups where he seldom charges all that much extra for.

Epoxy? Vac. Bagged? Composites? You name it, this company will do it. For far less than the big name companies.
