Shipping a boat from MA to FL?

I am moving to the Ft. Lauderdale area from Northeastern MA (Amesbury)towards the end of Sept. I have a Formula 311 on an aluminum Eagle triple axle trailer (total weight probably around 10,000 lbs) that could most likely make the trip. However, I currently don't have a tow vehicle, and it doesn't look like it is in the cards to get one before the move.

So I am looking for suggestions on what's the best way / deal to get it down there? I do have some flexibility that I can store it after I leave for a while, and I don't necessarily need it day one I get there (though that would be nice! :) ) I'll be stuck painting and other fun projects for a while at the new place, so it might not be a bad thing if it didn't get down there for a little bit.

Should I look just to have it towed, or should I have it put on a flatbed trailer?

So anyone heading down there empty, or suggestions on who could do this, and how much should I expect to pay?

Thanks!
