Remember my Boat Deposit Horror?????
 

Well it is over, went to Small Claims Ct in NY and we worked it out at the table...with the help of Shane. I received all the Deposit and it only cost be $300 to get there and back so it all worked out. I am happy and we both acted like Adults...even though I am just a child at heart. He sold his boat and is happy too so we both won. The saga is over and I can't say I "won" but I did get my money back. Thanks Tim. :)

speaking of that boat, with the cat on the side , it blew by us at the 1000 island

Knock it off! I just got my boat fixed! Can't wait to blow the dust off it next weekend! I can wait for the snow. By the way, congrats Mitch, glad it sort of worked out for you.
