TTT... why? What is everyone trying to accomplish on this thread/board? There is no judge here. There is no jury. In this case the squeaky wheels are going to get everyone screwed over worse. Just let things go to sleep here, and the system will figure things out as best they can.

As far as Bill being arrested. I was one the phone with Magistrate Tony Cornicelli on Friday and he had not heard of Bill being taken in or going thru the Trumbell County court System. Take it for what its worth. I would like to see the paper saying he was arrested though

You are better off with an individual attorney. He fights for YOU, not the GROUP as a whole. And yes I know this for a fact.

I learn alot from these threads. I recieve calls every day from people that are involved and we exchange info and try and help out each other. If you dont want to read about it then, BUT OUT AND DONT READ THE THREAD !! We, that are involved will not "let this go to sleep here" We are the ones who are informing the "system" as to what has happened. I feel that these threads are very valuable to those involved, and there are alot of us.

My 2.5 cents

Jr, I highly disagree with you on this one. Power is numbers, instead of fighting each other for the same common goal, you team up, save considerable $$$$ and hopefully get better results. I talked in great length on this subject with my great friend (and personal attorney) whose is a highly respected partner in a huge NYS firm, and he said this is the best way to go about this particular case, due to the circumstances that go with it

"The Plantiff would now like to call to the stand; OSO Thread 86059."

I am not complaining about reading the stuff. I've posted a lot on OSO too. :D I agree its a terrible situation; and have good friends involved; however, I am not taking sides. The simple fact is that spreading this up and down the Internet is not helping the situation; any of the parties. If National Marine is driven into bankruptcy.... well you know the rest.
